Koers&Koffie was founded by Xaviera Reynhout, a Product Management leader with over twenty years of experience at Philips, Océ/Canon, and Legrand. Based in the Brainport Eindhoven region, she works at the intersection of R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Product, where strategic decisions and trade-offs matter.

Xaviera is known for simplifying complexity, sharpening priorities, and driving effective collaboration across R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Product.
